Life is not all rainbows and sunshine. Some days are easier than others. Then there are those days you just want a small glimmer of hope to help you put one foot in front of the other. Some times it’s hard to even know what questions you need to ask. When you don’t have all the answers to life, you still have the power of choice.
In 2008, a large study asked people how they viewed their lives. This study showed a staggering 55% of us deemed our lives as difficult and/or struggling. People are miserable. Marriages are fail. Suicide is on the rise. Kids are turning to anything that gives them a sense of freedom. Many have come to the belief, this is as good as it get. But that is not everyone’s final answer. It is certainly not mine. I believe, I CHOOSE MY BEST LIFE.
Yes, I have days when life deals me a disappointing hand. And there are times when my diet is not always the best, I skip exercise, my money is funny, and fail to give my family the attention they deserve. But I refuse to let those times define me. They are simply moments in a busy life when I fail to choose what is best for me. They are times when I have to be reminded how my choices affect my outcome.
I do not believe I am alone and I’ve been joined by a those who believe we can choose to live life to the fullest right were we are today as we journey to an even better tomorrow. We believe there are at least 1 million others all over the world who will stand with us and say I CHOOSE MY BEST LIFE. Those like us who daily do the best they can to make life-giving choices about their health, family, relationships, and career.
