Let My Journey Help Yours
Ranked Top 100 Medical Experts by Good Housekeeping

I get where you're coming from
I know what it feels like to run on empty. As a physician, mom, and believer, I once drove myself to the point of total burnout—until I discovered that true rest is not weakness, it’s courage. Rest is the sacred exchange where what’s been drained is restored. That discovery changed everything. It’s why I’ve made it my mission to help others find the renewal they need to thrive. From national platforms like Dr. Oz, MSNBC, CNN Health, and Good Housekeeping to churches, conferences, and podcasts around the world, I’ve shared this message because rest isn’t optional—it’s essential.
