When I’m busy the one thing on my to-do list that gets cut is exercise. Unfortunately this is not wise if I want to continue to fit into my clothes.
Whether you are traveling this holiday or just too busy running around snagging Black Friday deals, these routines will not only uplift your spirits but also tone muscle and burn a few calories.
Start by warming up those muscles with a fun 5 min Zumba routine with Mandisa:
Then move into this 5 minute total body toning routine:
Only equipment required is 1 dumbbell. If you don’t have a dumbbell substitute hand weights, use a can from the pantry, or do the routine without the extra weight.
Finish with this short 3 min stretch routine:
You did it! In less than 15 minutes you have increased your heart rate, toned your large muscle groups, AND stretched! GREAT JOB!
